1. Who processes your data

2. What data we process
The data you enter in the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone (optional), a description of the systems you want to connect and a description of your goal.
Data from any email or phone communication you start with us.
3. Why we process it
To handle your enquiry and the follow-up communication — the legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation, or a legitimate interest in answering your question.
To meet legal obligations if a contract is concluded (accounting and tax in particular).
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation are kept for 12 months from the last communication.
Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the period required by law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing and we do not sell it.
Web hosting and email providers may process it as processors, to the extent necessary.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. If analytics are added, this section will be updated and a consent banner added.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and to object to processing.
